A guy named rpoland posts a lot of the candyrat artists videos on youtube.
Also, check out Tommy Emmanuel and Doyle Dykes. They are godlike players and composers and their music is very expressive.
A guitarist I've recently disovered and am really liking is a Japansese man named Masaaki Kishibe. Lots of his stuff is on youtube also. Sleepless Night and Lana are a couple tunes of his that I like.
Edit: forgot to mention you definitely should check out the album called Aerial Boundaries by Michael Hedges. Its essential acoustic music. And anything by Pierre Bensusan.
