I think it means that the person that she is singing about keeps hurting her and she keeps on trusting them but in the end they always fail her "cut her open" and make her "bleed love".
idk the song doesnt make much sence to me, but i like it

I think shes still bleeding love like actural breeding with love like a metapor. he hurt her but she still loves him sort of thing.

When she says you cut me open
and I keep bleeding love
it means that shes in love with him
and she would do anything for him
and stuff like that
I don't know that one, I do know her song 'tourniquet.'
You know, I have been thinking the same thing.
I think it's more of an opinion, like some people relate to it by i keep bleeding love, as in she calls the guy love.
Or, its i keep bleeding love, as in, she's bleeding love.
I personally think it is bleeding love, because the lyrics go:
You cut me open and i keep bleeding, i keep keep bleeding love.
But, it's mostly opinion-based
