JS Bach...Who else??
In no particular order:
Chopin, Gregorio Allegri, Mozart, Nicola Matteis, John Blow, Marin Marais, JS Bach, Tommaso Albinoni, Henry Purcell.
Haydn, Bach, Dvorak, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich, Brahms, Mahler. I am a cheeseball. And I usually really love the things I've played becuase I understand them much better. My program I'm preparing for auditions includes Haydn, Bach and Beethoven. I also love Chopin, Liszt, Ravel and Debussy. I adore Smetana and Mussorsky and Grieg. I like a lot of texture most of the time.

As a Pianist it would have to be Chopin.

I'm not a hundred percent sure I have one. At times I feel it has to be Beethoven, but then I hear some Chopin or Mozart and I am transfixed by the utter beauty. I often listen to music shuffled by iTunes and every now and then a piece is played, a piece of late Brahms piano music for example, and once again I am mired in doubt about the answer to such a question.
Mozart is numero uno, but i love so many, and i discover new ones i like all the time.
My favorite composer is Maurice Ravel.
My all time favorite to listen to and play is Beethoven, but I also am fond of Tchaikovsky, Brahms, Smetana, Saint-Seans, Vivaldi, Bach, Rimksy-Korsakoff, Dvorak, Liszt, Mozart, Mendelssohn, Prokofiev, Stravinsky... depends on what piece I am currently working on. I will say I am NOT fond of Bela Bartok!
