He's going to make his horse a senator? lol
He's basically saying he's great in bed and great on the mic. The standard bragging, but done in a very clever way. And when he says "Life is like video footage/Hard to edit, directors, that never understood it" he's basically saying that you can't always be totally clear when you're talking about your thoughts, because your thoughts don't work that way. And also letting it be known that a lot of the things you do say end up being misunderstood.
