Bar chords on the guitar right ? i remember my first time on bar chords........they are hard and it takes awhile to get used to them what worked for me was to adjust my guitar so that the strings were closer to the fretboard then you didnt have to push sooo hard to make them clear. Unless you mean the theory of bar chords. really its simple you simply move a chord up one step think of it on type 2 major bar chords a B minor moved down two frets is A minor or type 1 bar chords and F moved down one is an E just you dont require a finger to be the nut. hope this helps
practice practice practice or get one of those thing-a-ma-jigs that slides down and into place and holds the barr for you.
