Personally I am in the same boat, I'll occasionally listen to the other albums but lateralus is the one for me. I have a copy I burned with the song order set to 6, 7, 5, 8, 4, 9, 13, 1, 12, 2, 11, 3, 10, the songs melt together better than they do in the original order, The transition from Parabola into Schism is just mind-blowing. The numerical pattern in that alternate order of tracks and the appearance of the Fibonacci sequence into the title track reinforces my idea that this is the smartest band ever.

Ah, Tool. I listen to Aenma most of all, but I have not forgotten all the other albums they've put out. Also, who can forget the gentle subtlety of Pusifer?
I would way I listen to Lateralus the most.
However when it comes to Maynards' work I listen to A Perfect Circles Mer De Noms the most. I just love that album and it's been one of my favorite for 8 years. I never can get sick of it.
