Well if you contribute to Ireland's sperm banks, they're giving away free festival tickets to any festival in Europe. Don't know if its still available though.

I'm pretty sure there's a festival in Newcastle sometime that only costs a couple of bob.

Radio 1's big weekend... it's free all you have to do is sign up on the website www.bbc.co.uk/radio1 but you aren't guaranteed a ticket.
radio ones big weekend- my friends and i plan to go and all squeeze into one of their cars. and its free!
