AFI - What do people mean?!
Question: When I'm on youtube & see AFI vids, I keep seeing comments like "dude, what happened to these guys? i like old songs better". I just got to know this band, and love them, but I don't know what people are talking about - I don't yet know which songs are the "old" ones and which are the "new" ones. So could you tell me how AFI changed? Kinda like what happend to Panic at the Disco? Thanks in advance =)

Do you see the difference?
Their 'old stuff' was more punk and less... 'emo', download/buy one of their old albums and you'll hear the difference. It's all a matter of opinion really, but a lot of 'old school' fans don't like their newer stuff at all.
AFI used to be more original.
Their last album, Decemberunderground, is more mainstream and not as "hardcore".
They are more like the emo type bands that are popular now.
Also, Davey's (the singer) voice has changed since Sing The Sorrow and sounds a lot like Greenday.
