Uriah Heap - saw them open for Priest on Screaming for Vengence tour and they were great.

Black Sabbath - both Ozzy lineup and Dio lineup ( Ian Gillan album was pretty weak)
Saxon
Iron Maidon
Rainbow - Dio lineup and Joe Lynn Turner lineup
Queensryche
Yngwie Malmsteen - solo and with Steeler
Blackfoot - they could really kick a$$
Michael Shenker Group - awesome guitarist especially live
UFO both Paul Chapman and Michael Shenker lineups

Asking this question I'm assuming you aren't that familiar with old school 80s metal. If i'm wrong i apologize, I don't mean it as an insult. But if that is the case check out Dio and Iron Maiden. They aren't the same as Priest, they were all very unique. But they are classic and helped shape metal in the 80s. If you like Priest then i'm sure you'll like them.
