Does anyone else out there like the mars volta?!
Question: Because it seems that most of my friends haven't even heard of them, and they are one of the greatest bands I have ever heard, I have all of their albums and loved every single one, and if there are fans out there, tell me your favorite song and why, and please don't say 'The Widow' unless you have a better reason than 'It's the only one I've heard'
My favorite album is Frances the Mute, favorite song is Miranda that Ghost Just Isn't Holy Anymore because i love how the whole cd ties together and then just hits this soft eerie part that scared the **** out of me the first time i heard it at like 2.am.

I'm a fan of the VOLTA DUDE! I'm going to see them in 2 weeks in fact. However, I have to tell you the Frances The Mute is MY LEAST favorite album by them!!! Personally, I think it's AWFUL compared to De-Loused In The Comartorium & the new one The Bedlam In Goliath. Both of these are my favorite album and I can't pick between them. I can't even being to pick a song.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan. I listen to them once in a while and they're a great band. I used to hate them but I listened to them one night while intoxicated and it sounded amazing.
Yea I love.I fell in love with them when I saw them play on the Henry Rollins show.They are really good.I really want to see them live.
