I don't think he is, actually seems pretty mellow. I think that's how he expresses himself musically - lets it all out, ya know?
Because he didn't (and still doesn't) have enough talent to cut it in the REAL music industry, so he had to fall back on hip-hop/rap. ;-)

I dont like any of his new music. You should check out The Slim Shady LP and Infinite. In my opinion those were his best albums, and he was way more laid back.
He's not really that angry. Have you seen him in his interviews? He's actually a really funny, mellow person.
If you're only listening to his music though, it's easy to think he's mad. But then again, he has one hell of a lot to be mad about-don't forget what kind of childhood he had. And anyway, music is a way to express yourself, so often you will find extreme emotions within songs/raps/lyrics.
