Is this a good career goal?!
Question: I am an indie artist whose records are played on college radio, satellite radio indie stations, and Internet-based indie radio. I do not expect to be a big pop star....I am 48...but my goal is to continue making records for indie radio and get some of my songs covered by bigger known artists, so I can make some money. Is that a worthy career goal? A realistic one for a guy in my position?

your 48
surely you've made enough doing it to live this long...or you have a day job...like most musicians I know
do what you can brother...
have fun!
it's nice that you could stay in the music business, living your dream as much as possible, isn't it
unless you have to do something else out of necessity or greed, keep living that dream, dude!!
Sooner or later you will get discovered by a huge artist. Keep trying.
that is great.keep up the good work.
sounds like you have good things going for you, if you like what you do why not do what you want to
