I need some help with..........?!
Question: my singing.I made it into a play at city center!I am going to perform the song peach on the beach from the play no no nanette.I can dance and act...I CANT SING!I wanna practice at home but my brothers and dad is always around!and they make fun(my mom doesnt mind but she makes me nervouse!)HOW ON EARTH AM I GOING TO IMPROVE MY SINGING!?(I AM 11).......

Oh my dear! I know how you feel and I know it is hard for you to get over your dad and your brother, the best you can do is ignore them while you practice and concentrate in your song. Good luck and enjoy singing, do not get frustrated but be a smart singer, listen carefully, open your ears and try your best, at the end this experience should be enjoyable for you.
Have fun and everything will seem easier than what really is.
well you can always go some where else and just maybe practice 5 times a week and well yeah but i hope u do great!
i totally know what you mean, that used to happen to me. if you can't find an excuse to get them out so u can practice (like asking them to run an errand or get something for you) then just sing in the shower, they cant make fun of you in there : )
I started acting and such when i was a bit younger than you are. when you're ready to sing in front of anyone at anytime without getting nervous, then you can really practice. until then, try singing in the shower or just go outside for a walk or something. that's what i did until i built my confidence and now everyone asks me to sing for them...and i do.
