Are BC RICH basses the best or what? And what is so special about a Jazz bass - !

They have a beautifully designed neck that is much thinner at the nut than other basses, which makes it very easy to play for long periods. The sound from a jazz can be almost a deep bark that delivers quality tones and can cut through the music and be heard even at low volumes, and thus improve on the rhythm. It is a versatile instrument that is equally at home in a rock band as a swing orchestra. Apart from tone, versatility, ease of playing and for my taste also appearance, I would think the BC Rich bass is much better.

Personally, I don't care much for BC Rich anything. Though I did have a glossy purple Warlock that I still kind of wish I still owned.
And I have to say I enjoy the tones of the Jazz bass, I play a Fender Jazz.

BC Rich Basses (guitars) are OK if your into playing Poodle Perm Stadium filling pyrotechnic Rock as they have the looks to die for, but would you use one in an Indie Band?
