I think that was Theresa Brewer. I recall some of the lyrics are:
"...I'm all dressed up like a Christmas Packet...Cozy and warm in my pink straight jacket...Hooray, hooray, I'm going away...With the men in the little white coats.." That is all I can recall at the moment. Maybe more later.
