EDIT: If you are referring to the version that MOST people know, featuring male and female vocals, it is -- MARVIN GAYE AND TAMMI TERRELL. Yes, other artists have recorded this song. But these two have done the most well known version.

The Supremes I believe. Actually a quick Google shows the popular version was done by Diana Ross after she left The Supremes. Marvin Gaye did record it also.
Ain't no mountain high enough is indeed the name of the song, and the person below who indicted Aretha Frankin did the song is incorrect. If you know it with female vocals it's Diana Ross.

To my friend "jackdanielsbaby" who answered below. The Fifth Dimension's female vocalist was Marilyn McCoo, not Diana Ross (who of course came from The Supremes).
