Sweet, honest lyrics. I would just advise, as a fellow songwriter, to avoid cliches like "know I am in your heart." Try using some imagery or other poetic devices and make the feelings you are describing here unique. The moon line -- that is nice. More like that.
For instance, in the chorus, you say "Winter is knocking on my door" -- perhaps you can make a play on the season theme by adding in the next line "but I am not ready for the fall" (Fall, being the season before winter). Or, instead of "heaven," use another word for heaven that means something close to heaven -- but something familiar. What is something on Earth that is close to heaven? For some people, it is chocolate cake. For others, it is a warm hand in yours, telling you that you are loved.
For me, the line would be something like "You make me feel new in my skin" or "You have awakened in me the hidden blossom called life."
You know what I mean? Stretch out a bit here and be more personal with the lyrics. Take a few chances and be different.
