Are you sure you want to couple a guitar with an amp meant for a bass? I mean, yes, it will work, but you won't get a rocking sound out of it without some pedals, etc. Bass amps tend to give "jazzy" ie super-clean tones for guitar, whereas guitar amps aren't usually as "clean" but will add more harmonic content in the form of distortion or gain or that "singing" quality. I think electrics tend to sound a little more alive on an electric amp.
The guitar looks okay for a starter guitar. Strats are good guitars to learn on. I would probably pick a guitar amp to go with your guitar, though, as that way you can dial in some distortion, a product that most bass guitar amps won't have. Even if you don't do the whole metal thing a little bit of gain can go a long way towards bluesy overdrive and rocking distortion.
Keep in mind that these are both starter products - you will want to upgrade at some point in the future. Before you do, try to play with as many different guitars as you can. The most important thing is how your hand wraps around the neck. When you discover a guitar that your hands feel natural around, that is the guitar for you (or at least the style of neck for you). Electronics, pickups, color, all that can be changed, but how the neck matches your hand can't. Poor neck fit won't exactly help you play any better, if you know what I mean.
But yeah... my first guitar was a strat copy. Nothing wrong with them. For your next guitar, save up for something good, though - both a decent amp and a decent guitar.
