What's your experience with travel guitars?!

Question: Are they considerably shorter and lighter compared to electric guitars? Do you have to pack them in a hard case?

How's the sound: are they mellow like full-acoustics or sharp like semi-acoustics? Can you play jazz with it? Can you plug it in a headphone?

travle guitars are for convienence only. they do not have a big bold guitar tone and never will.they normaly come with a case or gig bag.you can play any genre you want with it.
if you want a smaller guitar with a big guitar sound. then look into a BABY TAylor.small size big sound.
