I was born in 1985 but never had a favorite soundtrack of that year....but my all time favorite which was released in 1987 was Dirty Dancing soundtrack...

On Time - Grand Funk Railroad (1969)

Pablo Honey- Radiohead (1993)

One year after I was born Van Halens 1984. That is as close as I can come.

Awesome album

Pink Floyd- Wish You Were Here (1975)

I was born long before I became aware of music from my birth year. I don't have a favorite from 1950.
Perhaps you can tell me of some albums of that year that I might consider as a favorite.

Pink Floyd- Dark side of the Moon-1973

Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin I (1969)

Nirvana- Nevermind (1991)

The Eagles - Hotel California (1976)

My parent's favorite - Soundtrack from Hair.
