Do you consider the band Within Temptation to be a Christian or Pagan-oriented b!
Question: I know Within Temptation (which btw is my favorite band), has some Pagan symbolism in their songs, but also has some Christian/Biblical undertones in their music as well. Generally I get a spiritual sense in their music anyways, but would you consider their message to be a combination of Christian and Pagan (sounds difficult to combine but yes it is possible) or generally anti-Christian.

Based on their earlier work, I always assumed they were pagan, especially with songs like Ice Queen and Mother Earth. I really don't think they are anti-christian at all, but they may have left some of their more pagan themes behind. I really noticed that on their new album (which I don't like as much as their older ones).

I've no idea which they are, they've got me confused too (maybe that's what they want, lol).
But I do know their music is good.
Nightwish is the same, sometimes I think they're Christian and sometimes I think they're Pagan.
Pagans are not antichristian. I am pagan.
I got the impression that Within Temptation is a christian band. I have heard some songs that are very christian. I believe they are christian.
