Can you practice sax at your home without being complained by your neighbors?!

Question: Where do you usually practice: home, park, rental studio, beach?

Jazz musicians may not be complained at since they can jazz but novice players may be considered a nuisance wont they.

This may sound stupid but I practice inside a cabinet so that I will not disturb my neighbors. Sonny Rollins did that when he wants to play his Tenor. The cabinet would just circulate the sound and prevent it from getting out.
