Blues guitar?!

Question: I am in the market for a resonator acoustic guitar for acoustic blues, I want something affordable but the best bang for my buck, any recommendations?

You wont get a National or a Dobro (or a National Dobro!) for that kind of money-but you probably already knew that. To tell the truth, I don't know much about newer resonators from Yamaha, Epiphone, etc.
I do know that tri-cones and biscuits are preferred over single cones for blues. I would suggest getting to a large instrument dealer and trying out several to see what feels best. That's the only way to buy ANY guitar-brands, models, price are meaningless if it doesn't fit in your hands like it was made for you to play it.

(p.s.-a Martin D-28 is NOT a resonator guitar!)

Yamao

Try some of the pawn shops. You can get some great deals and don't forget to haggle.

Ibanes. would be the best choice,or Epiphone.

Martin D-28

Try to get a 60 Clean, though I'm not sure of the price
