Who's a better singer Robert Plant or David Coverdale?!

I am a huge Deep Purple fan so I am probably bias but I think Coverdale is better ,I am like Sarah in that I like the deeper tone . That's not to take away from how great Plant is ,he is an awesome vocalist himself ,perhaps one of the best.

I'm totally biased on this because I regard David Coverdale as a god.
I prefer a deeper sound and he has such a deep voice, but he can scream and do perfect ballads. Soldier of Fortune was a perfect example of how his voice can just be so emotional and minimalistic.

Robert Plant is the original and has more emotion in his voice.
Coverdale is a cheap imitation of Plant.

He has a beautiful voice, amazing, controlled power, great stage presence and simply put: he sings to my skin.
Never liked Plant and never will.

Plant is a simple "screamo" lol I don't care what people say, he was never a good singer.
Plant is OK...
but
Coverdale rules. He is a hell of a singer and still has amazing tubes. With Deep Purple and Whitesnake he made some cool songs.

Well, I love both, but Coverdale has an awesome deeper voice.
robert plant because he could sing in a high pitch immediatly go down to a low pitch then do some crazy thing were he would mouth the guitar solo.

But I really grew up drumming more to Whitesnake than Zep.

Is this serious? Coverdale may be a decent singer but come on, he's got maybe 2-3 Deep Purple songs most people know and Whitesnake had 1 hit.
