Without knowing your skill level it's tough to recommend a song. If you have a favorite guitarist that's a good place to start. Check out : http://www.12bar.de/
It's all Clapton stuff and some versions of other blues legends' songs he did. Wide range of skill levels. I really like Hideaway and Double Crossing Time from his Blues Breakers Album. Another one you might want to do a search for is Hesitation Blues by Revered Gary Davis. But just remember the internet is great and everything but the best way to learn blues is by ear. Listening and trying to work out songs on your own.
