Nas was way more positive when it game to everything. But if I had to pick a rapper, I like Tupac a lot more because he isn't grimey like Nas is.

You gotta respect tupac because he brought intellectual content to mainstream rap (brenda's got a baby, etc) which hasn't been done often, especially in recent years.

Nas is more of an lyricist, as evidenced on illmatic, but Tupac remains a legend because of the eccentric persona he had and the mysterious circumstances surrounding his death.
