WOW you take me back when music was awsome. I like them All.
If I remember them? Ouch that's jurting my old age! lol
All great bands, but from this group I'd go with Allman Brother Band if you like a more relaxed almost country kind of feel.
I'd go with Nazareth if you like a more hard rocking sound. Oh, and when you listen to Hair of the Dog, you must have it a full volume (wear your head phones if needed). ;-)\
You might also check out Lynyrd Skynyrd. They are a lot like the Allman Brothers with a bit less country sound.

I remember those days; in high school we were all so into a Grand Funk live double album that I can't remember a song from anymore. My pick of bands from that list would be the Allman Brothers, and my pick of songs would basically be the entire live-at-the-Fillmore album - every song on it is great. Eat a Peach would be my second choice; not as crazy about the albums after Duane Allman died, though I bought the one with Ramblin' Man when it came out in...1972?

nazareth by far are the best of the bunch that you mentioned....had their own sound and have never been duplicated....especially the vox.
