Hysteria means when you are really scared of something. Back in the days, it originally described people who were deprived of sex.
In the video, you see the guy waking up in a hotel room with everything messed up and with his shirt off. Then you see him watching clips of him stalking a woman, and then they have sex later on.
My opinion is that the story starts from the end of the video, where he's taping her on his bed. After their one night stand (she could possibly be a prostitute), he begins to stalk her because he was lonely . He starts worrying about what the girl will think when she finds out he is stalking her.
So it end and he makes a mess in his room.
