Whatever happened to Suave House?!

Question: An incarcerated exec and financial mismanagement were the downfall of what I thought was a promising label. They once had the potential to have Cash Money-like success, including the major distribution deal.
I also felt like 8 Ball & MJG, Tela, and Mr. Mike were talented enough and had enough of a fan base to be the foundation.

Too bad it didn't last because they also had some of the best production coming out of the South at that time.

it closed from lack of support or interest

It's a pretty small operation, it is still around though, they released an early Rick Ross album ("Rise To Power") early this year or last year, I forgot. I can't think of anyone signed to the label at the moment. But, they are still around.

Well suave house is back. They have rereleased all of the old albums from 8ball % MJG, Tela, Crime Boss, Mr. Mike, South Circle. Still don't know what artists are on the label yet but if you go to a cd store you'll see the rereleases on the back it says something like Suave house 2 on it.
