Songs for talent show.....?!
Question: I have a talen show coming up soon and I am having a hard time picking a song. I have a good range but I can't go too low. For example, I can sing Miss Independent by Kelly Clarkson. That and Bubbly. I really like the sing morningside but it is too low for my voice.

i no Hillary Duff has gone WAY out of style, but i still like some of her songs. try Someone's Watching Over Me. its a great song w/ a great meaning.... or Fly, idk y, it seems like a good song....
if you dont like tha tkind of sound, try Anywhere but Here, its acoustic...
or you could try "Find Yourself in You" by Everlife
idk if ur much into country but you could try one of Carrie Underwood or Taylor Swift's songs seeing as they're a bit poppier than most.. if ur not afraid to go a bit more country, you could try some of Sugarland's songs... or Martina McBride, she's got a nice high range, and VERY meaningful songs... try " A Broken Wing" its not entirely country, its got a little bit of a blusy-ish feel to it...
there are a bunch of great songs out there, u might want to specify what genre or what kind of an idea u wanna put out there or like if u want a happy upbeat thing or like a deep kinda song, but these are just basic songs i like and thought u'd b interested in

I can't tell you what song you should use. But I'd recommending something you like cause its a talent show, most people worry too much and choose a song they just learned. But I'd say a song that suits you best. Now something like pop diva kind of sound would be a bad choice. But I'd say something that you know.
