As Really Metal Asian said , there are many underground bands. How can you say which is the loudest? Metal has limits, it can't get any louder.

Hellhammer's "Triumph of Death" is the heaviest, most evil skull-crushing metal song ever. So there's my vote.

I'm not sure about the band but, I would say Dethklok everyone knows them. But the heavest type of metal is Death Metal & Black Metal.
There are many bands out there.
I remember going to warped '07 and I had to watch this band before boys like girls played.
They were called The Unseen.

Death metal and black metal are known to be heavier. However in my opinion, "heavy" is based on the technical aspect of the music. Bands like Origin, Hate Eternal, Gorguts, Necrophagist, etc. produce some of the heaviest music I've ever heard.
