i think,after you get a good career and are making good money is the best time to have children. my mom thinks at 28.
Why the hell is this damn question in the music section?
The best age to have children in my opinion is in your mid-20's. If you wait to have them when you're too old (35-40), then you could run the risk of that child being cursed with birth defects. Plus, being that old, you're going to regret it because you don't want to chase kids around at that age when you get to be about 50 or 60!

30-35. you should have some structure and stability in your life by that time. you need your teens and twenties to yourself. the only ones that will disagree are those who had them in their teens and 20's. chances are they didnt plan it. spontaeneous com"fu(k"tion.

I like dat my Mother had me at 18, right after she got married. BC we're only 18 years of a difference, and we r closer and like the same things. I wanna be as young as my Mother when she had me. We play, hit each other, we're like Best Friends cause we're so close in age. So I think its best to have a child young. Unless u dont wanna be that close to your children. I'm looking forward to being pregnant AFTER I'm married. I'm planning at 18(only cause thats the youngest u can be to get married).
I think, when you are financially ready. When your finished school maybe, when you have time. No where below 20. And I wouldnt above 35.
