the video is about Bill.
Half of him wants to die...
the other doesn't
(Half that wants to die...this the Bill that's standing on the rooftop and he's overlooking the city about to jump. You can tell he's depressed because he ['s supposed to] look like cr*p.
Example: smeared make-up, un-styled hair, old clothing he doesn't wear, etc.
The half of his what wants to live... is the happy Bill...
The one where he IS looking after himself.
Example: Clean make-up, styled hair, is favorite outfit. etc.)
So the happy Bill is walking down the street, and he's seeing quite a bit of crime going on, so he just ignores it not wanting to get involved.
But then... he reaches a building... and he sees someone is going to jump... but that 'someone' is him.
Half of him wants to die.
The other half wants to save him.
The happy Bill pushes people over, runs though the caution tape, and runs up the stairs.
When he's running up the stairs, half of him is too out of breath to keep going... but the other half wants to keep running up the stairs... But he chooses to keep running (which is why they focus on Bill running up the stairs.)
Once he reaches the building, he... well... runs to himself, and then the depressed Bill explains his reasoning for wanting to jump.
Half of the depressed Bill realizes this would be a permanent solution for a temporary problem, and walks away....
But still... Half of him wants to jump...
BUT after the happy Bill hears his reasoning, he remembers about the depressing things that are going on (This was really hard to figure out.. you have to look at the 'happy bill's' facial expression) ... and fads away.. leaving the half of the depressed Bill.. become whole... and he turns... and falls....
BUT!!
Spring nicht has two endings...
Because Bill fans weren't hapy with Bill dying...
So they cut out the part of Bill becoming fully depressed and it shows the tear drop scene... meaning he's saved..
But.. the happy 'Spring Nicht' ending has been long forgotten... so it's pretty much only on the Don't Jump video.
Same here! It's so confusing and unpredicatable.... I couldn't get it if I watched it 6 dozen times!!
Is that the one with the guy that jumps off the building?
I think it's meant to be ambiguous... At least, I sure didn't get it!
I only watched it twice but i was confused as well sorry i don't get it either.
