Oh this is my favorite song by her. I think she is just saying she was being silly one night and messed up by hooking up with some guy in a club. Not necessarily saying she slept with him. She married him in Vegas... " I don't even know my last name."

What she is saying the song is that she meet a guy while out one night. Let him call her all kinds of cute little pet names. Still not knowing what his last name is. Then it tell how they wound up going to Vegas, getting married, and he is now nowhere to be found, and she doesn't even know what her last name is now.

I saw her in concert last month, and she said she wrote this song, but not from any real experiences.
