The best would have to be Dr. Dre. He is a legend produce many hits for rapper and such. But, we can't forget about Timbaland, Mannie Fresh, Scott Storch, Swizz Beats. These producers are very talented and creative, especially timbaland. But, the best would be Dr. Dre aka The Doc.
