Question: I have no idea who she is on about and she dosen't have any idea what so ever who it was or what the song was or anything. So it is annoying us now trying to think of who it is.

it definately soundslike DJ Otzi, and "Hey Baby". And in reply to someone who already answered, a one hit wonder is someone who only has a hit with a song, irrespective of how many he releases. Yes DJ Otzi released two singles, but the other one "Quite rightly" bombed, and was never a hit. Personally Hey Baby was one of the most annoying things ever, and I would literaly storm out of the place whenever I heard that crap.

It could be DJ Otzi although he released at least two singles so that can't class as a one hit wonder :).
