I'd have to say the gibson/les paul or SG's. The sound and look of the guitars are wicked cool.

There are a lot of great guitars, but for me the Gibson Les Paul is the sound of Rock... sorry to Fender, but I bought a Gibson when I was 12 so that I could BE Jimmy Page, I never came close but at 38 years of age I am still working at it.... every once in a while when I play Ten Years Gone... I feel like a star... then I unplug and go finish cleaning up the dishes.
