Try www.seeqpod.com. You can search by title or artist and stream music. The site also allows you to make a playlist, so you're not just listening to one song at a time. You don't have to sign up for anything or pay.

I really like www.deezer.com you don't need to make an account but if you make an account you can make playlists. there is also a smart radio option I've never used it and I'm not sure if you have to sign up for it. But I really like deezer.
