I didnt know this but i just looked it up and:
BALTIMORE'S CURFEW APPLIES TO PERSONS UNDER AGE 17 WHO ARE ON THE STREETS AFTER MIDNIGHT ON WEEKENDS AND AFTER 11 P.M. ON WEEKDAYS WITHOUT 'GOOD REASON' (E.G., AN ERRAND FOR A PARENT, PARTICIPATION IN AN ORGANIZED COMMUNITY ACTIVITY, OR A JOB). ENFORCEMENT OF THE CURFEW VARIES FROM AREA TO AREA.
I dont think its really enforced tho. if you have ever been in baltimore you would prob agree kids are out all the time all hours of the night hence the reason i didnt know there WAS a curfew..lol

I live in northeast Ohio and there is a curfew:
* Children under age 16 are not permitted out between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
* Minors aged 16 and 17 may not be out between midnight and 5 a.m.
Not me I'm grown.
But I think if you're under 18 its like 12:00. The last couple of days if the police catch you out after that, they take you to jail. And you gotta stay there until your parents come and get you.

Co-sign with so_sincerious. The teens here do what they want. These days some of their parents have no say. It's sad but it's the truth.
I really had to research this one. Curfews haven't applied to me in years and i wasn't sure if Philly had one or not but we in fact do. Its impossible for it to be enforced, that's based off all the kids I see running the streets after hours.

The kids/teenagers out here in NYC, can stay out all day, all night..shoot, they won't even report your kid missing until he/she has been gone for 72hrs..
