It depends on what you define as good.
You have to research hard to find good music now and it's kinda sad. Just check out different hip-hop blogs and forums.
I personally dig mixtapes by random artists. Example: I love Lupe Fiasco and his mixtape (pre- Food and Liquor) is fantastic.
Also, check out the Hip Hop Dock-Trine mixtapes- Metaphor The Great is good and Asheru speaks the truth.
