What should I get for my first guitar?!

hm u wanna go with fender huh?
well in all honesty aside from the jazzmaster and the jaguar i hate fender...or and the telecaster..those r good too
i wouldnt go with a strat but thats based on my opinion..i played at least 10-15 strats and i only liked the sound of one of them
really i wouldnt suggest going looking for a guitar liek that
try a bunch of different ones by different companies and see which you like
note: when i went to get my 4th guitar i was set on a jazzmaster or a les paul
instead i ended up getting an epiphone sg because it was the best one out of the 5 guitars i played that day
and for my 5th i was set on an ibanez artist series or a gibson les paul
i went with an ibanez rgr fixed series(the guitar im holdign in my pic)
go out and play a whole lot of them and see which one you like the most
Stratocaster - that was my first in the sunburst finish as well. Ten years later it is still as great as the day I bought it!
get a mustang cause they sound pretty good and everbody has a stratocaster and mustang looks pretty good
Well if your not sure if your going to be really into just get a strat or telecaster. But just go to samash or guitar center and just start playing all of them, until you find one that you like. But really strat or tele would be a good choice.
