How do I tune my amp to sound like ACDC?!

Treble
Middle

Can you tell me what i should set them to so I can get the ACDC sound? I also have a BOSS Distortion DS-1 Peddle.

They use old Marshall amps. I saw James Marshall set the sound on one by turning every knob to 10. AC/DC get their sounds by amp volume. Not pedals. I know none of us can afford that but, turn all the knobs on your amp up, get the amp as loud as you can and turn the volume down on your pedal. It may get you close to a power amp type of distortion that Malcolm and Angus use.

ussually there kind of music is a british roar and a light crunchy distortion.

so you should try turning you treble to 75%high.

Your middle 25%

Your bass 25%.

Then turn your pedal on the 30 to 45% distortion.

this might work. im not 100% sure though it depends on your amp. play around with it.

You could buy an aditional peddle, BOSS Metal Zone or change it for your BOSS Distortion DS-1. Metal Zone is a better option.

he is using just a marshall amp... try just turning the gain on your amp at only about half... also no reverb or nothing ....
