Question: OK I might sound like an idiot but everyone keeps mentioning the drought is over part 5? is it a mixtape? i know it's lil wayne but I thought The Only Reason and I were gonna be on athe Carter 3 but HNIC just said they're gonna be on the drought is over part 5 so i'm gonna guess it's another mixtape of more leaked music... Am I right?
