Cult - they seemed nice... but they weren't!! They wanted your blood.... stupid vampires. Kool-Aid is bad for kids!! MCR is a cult... that's my vote.
not as much a cult as a facination face it they thought anything to get attention and when people turned their attention they said well look at us we've won the battle... they are the kids who didn't get along with anyone in high school and now are as bad as the cheerleader thinking they are the most important people to ever roam the earth. (no jab at cheerleaders... it was just an example)

Without a doubt. Essentially MCR has become the Joe Camel of rock.
I still drink Kool-Aid and it's a bad thing no matter how you look at it. If I don't join the cult, I'll just end up with diabetes.
Since we're on the Kool-Aid topic, I've noticed that grocery stores aren't selling as many flavors as they used to. I couldn't even find Orange the other day.. that at one point was one of the most popular flavors! So I went to a different store to get Orange... found that, but saw that they didn't have Grape! Oh, lament!
After reading my comment/answer, I'm thinking I may have drank too much Kool-Aid today... hehe. :)

I think the band comes out with cool music..
I will admit it that some of their songs are quite good.
Its shame though that they have been marketed so much that little kids age of 10 like them .. mostly because of their looks.
And their lyrics are pretty inspiring as well.
I'd have more respect for the band if they werent marketed so heavily.
