Tell All Your Friends. I have both Tell All Your Friends and Where You Want To Be. I personally like Tell All Your Friends better.
That's a tough one, I have more favorites on Where you want to be (This photograph is proof, A Decade Under The Influence, set Phasers to stun)
But I feel that tell all your friends has a better overall sound.

Tell All Your Friends is outstanding lyrically, IMO.
But if you can, buy them both :)
where you want to be is my favorite out of the two,it has a lot better songs
