Looking at who was included in this compilation (Miles Davis, Stan Getz, etc.) you might find a number of folks bristling at the label Smooth Jazz used as their description. If you like this caliber of music, I'd say go for the Atlantic Jazz and Blue Note compilations. That aside, if you really want Smooth Jazz you may want to look at a number of recording from the Windham hill label; they moved from all new age to a smooth jazz selection.
