What album would you say is your favourite for helping you through the bad times!

I can't really narrow it down to one album. I listened to Guns N Roses when I was going through tough times. And Wonderwall or Champagne Supernova by Oasis. I was stuck on the songs Foolish Games and You Were Meant For Me by Jewel. But those are girly songs. Hahaha. And Fall To Pieces by The Velvet Revolvers. Those are just a few. I can go on and on. Oasis's 'Heathen Chemistry'. "Stop Crying Your Heart Out" and "Little By Little" make me happy. Also, anything by Led Zeppelin, The American Analog Set, or the Silversun Pickups.
I remember Alanis Morrisette helping me through a breakup years ago. Her anti-male lyrics in her first album certainly put things in perspective.

'Rehab' , off Rihanna's good girl gone bad album really helps...the lyrics are really true i think. Especially for a young adult... also when you or whoever the person in question may be is starting to recognie that all is not lost, 'Centerfold' from Pinks Im not dead album has some very good lyrics, its about rebound. It should make you feel good.
