He was accused of battery and is on probation and therefore must stay in Nevada. Therefore he can't tour with the band. Instead of delaying their tour because of Ronnie they decided to move on without him. Max Green set the rumors straight and declared his departure from the band on Myspace. He also must attend rehab to deal with his drug problems which caused him to get kicked out of the band the first time in 2006.

he got probation and can't leave Nevada. he was in some fight with some people and some dude killed someone. dude committed suicide, so ronnie got the blame. he got probation, again can't leave so of course he can't tour. craig mabbit is supposed to replace him.

he didn't leave the band, craig, from blessthefall is just filling in for him
