How can i make a rap to have more of a punk feel to it?!

Question: Listen to Bad Brains. Their strongly rhythmic phrasing, backed up by the band, of course, is directly applicable to hip-hop lyricism. You may find your ears blinded by H.R.'s extreme staccato delivery though, so you may then want to listen to some Rage Against the Machine to see another vocal approach. As for the punk "soul" or "spirit," you gotta bring that yourself!

I think the deciding factor would be the beat/track that you choose to use. You can definitely pull that off if you have the right track. I would suggest www.hot365beats.com to listen at some of their tracks. They have 1000's, some of which have a punk feel, but it's a rap track.
