the parents.
i dont care what the media, tv, movies, or music says/does.. i KNEW what was right and wrong growing up... i KNEW that if I cam outta face to my momma, she was gon buss my ***... If parents dont care to take responsibility for their children or have no control over them, the blame falls soley on themselves.
Get a grip people. Parents raise kids, not TV.

Well considering that video came out before anyone knew who soulja boy was...Im gonna blame the parents...Nevae blame hip hop..
i would blame it on the shop keeper she didnt give him his change so the kid asked for his change which to me if your going to try to short change people then your going to get a mouth full.
and if souldja boy is encouraging kids to mouth off to adults the parents should take the cd off the kid that's doing that.
